I believe in the power of a wholefood-based lifestyle and its health benefits. My aim is to help you understand what healthy wholefoods and drinks are and what products to avoid. On top of that, I share simple, budget friendly and delicious recipes for you to bring wholefoods into your household and daily life.
I am based in the Southwest of Western Australia and I can offer my various programs face to face in Dunsborough, Busselton, Bunbury and Margaret River WA. Online coaching options are also available.

My story
I used to be a packet meal girl. I drank sugary drinks and I ate lots of take away food. One day I decided that I needed to change my eating habits, as I felt worn out and uncomfortable in my own skin. I altered my diet to mostly wholefoods and it changed my life!
What are wholefoods?
Wholefoods or real foods are all food and drinks which are close to their natural state. They are not processed in a factory and do not have additives like sugars, colourings, flavourings or other manufactured ingredients. Wholefoods are the opposite of processed foods.
A wholefood diet is in line with the Australian Dietary guidelines and does not exclude any food groups. You can eat meat, fish, dairy, grains, fruit, vegetables, nuts, beans, and more. As long as they are not processed!
Because wholefoods are not manufactured and manipulated, they are not addictive like many processed foods. A wholefoods diet is nutritious and naturally high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The benefits of a wholefood diet are widely recognised. The Australian Dietary Guidelines acknowledge that current scientific evidence suggest that a high diet quality is associated with a reduced risk of chronic disease and improved health outcomes.
You might think that wholefoods are expensive, however with my program you will find that you will spend less on pre-packaged meals, take-away foods and other quick fixes. And it tastes a whole lot better too!
My approach
Eating wholefoods has become my approach to living and I have benefited from this way of eating in so many ways. It’s so much more than a diet. I don't cut out certain food groups and I don't count or reduce calories. I don't need to. Dieting might help you lose weight temporarily, but it also leaves you hungry and tired.
In my program I steer away from this negative relation with food. A wholefood lifestyle is all about feeding your body the right nutrition. By steering away from processed foods you'll feel fuller, more satisfied and more energetic. It’s about a love for real food!
You can choose between educational group sessions about wholefoods and one on one coaching (in person or online). All my services include practical tips, shopping lists and simple, affordable and delicious recipes.
