My Wholefood Journey
The reason I started this business is that I have experienced myself how much a wholefood approach can change your life.
5 years ago I went on a search to a more energetic life as I felt worn out, uncomfortable in my own body and unhappy. I decided to cut out processed sugars, preservatives, additives and adapt to a diet, mainly focused on wholefoods. Within 4 weeks my skin cleared up, I lost weight, my mood cleared up and I felt mentally and physically stronger than ever. My energy levels and emotions became very stable throughout the day. No more lunch dips or feeling down. All of a sudden I was able to focus at work for more than 10 hours straight! After 3 months I lost almost 15 kg and even my nails got stronger and my hair fuller. I was amazed by the power that food can have on my own body and felt that I needed to share that with the world.
It took me a while to adapt to the wholefood lifestyle, as I did it all by myself. I studied labels of pre-packaged foods, tested hundreds of recipes and had to find my own hacks to still go out for drinks and dinner, whilst maintaining my wholefood approach. I developed my own health journey. You don't have to go through all this as I have done all the research for you already and I have adapted recipes to suit busy lifestyles and different tastebuds.
