Because living a healthy, nutritious life does not mean that you have to give up on your favourite food or activities. It's about education and finding healthy alternatives to suit your busy lifestyle. This way your health benefits won't be temporary, but will last you a lifetime. One on One Coaching program
My one on one coaching program is an online or face to face program, designed for those that would like to set themselves up for success. We start off with our introduction session, where I get to know you so I can tailor a plan to suit your routines, commitments, family life, food allergies, likes and dislikes. You will have unlimited online contact for the full duration of the program, a weekly check in session with me, recipe files and grocery shopping tips to keep you on track of your health journey. I even include a virtual supermarket tour with tips of aisles to avoid and what products to look out for. If you are thinking of making a lasting change to your health and diet, this service is for you. Additional consults can be scheduled for those that wish to continue with me after this program.
Group information series
For those wanting to learn more about wholefoods. We meet 4x 1.5hours and discuss wholefood vs processed foods and healthy meal-, drink- and snack options. At the end of the series you receive a wholefoods recipe folder and a discount voucher to an introduction session with me to help you further along towards your health goals. These sessions take place anywhere in the Southwest of WA (Busselton, Dunsborough, Bunbury or Margaret River & surrounds). The full series can also be offered online.
One on One introduction session
If you are not sure if a wholefood lifestyle is for you I recommend you to book a one on one introduction session with me (online or in person). We can discuss your concerns, I can answer your questions and give you advise on how to get started on a lifestyle with healthy nutrition. I will share useful tips to stock your fridge and pantry with healthy foods and will give you tricks to an easy transition towards a diet that is based on more wholefoods.
